Arts and Sciences

There will be two aspects to the Arts & Sciences competition at St. Festus Fair, those being a general competition, and a Laurel's Challenge. Both of these are open to all, though if you're going to accept one of the Challenges, please contact the Challenge coordinator, listed below.

General Arts & Sciences Competition: A general arts and sciences competition with a 14-15 century theme. All entries should reflect the Arts and Sciences as practiced during the Hundred Years War period.

Prizes will be awarded for Judge's Choice, Baron's Choice and People's Choice.

Laurel's Challenge: Some various members of the ancient and honourable order of the Laurel have put out challenges, that people may try their skills in the arts by making an assay of their talents within those rules which the members have put forth.
