DSH Meeting Notes Sept 2025

DSH Baronial Business Meeting ‐‐ September 21 at 2 pm (Virtual)
Present: Vienna, Temair, Casimir, Bastien,
While we did not meet quorum to hold the business meeting, we utilized the time to conduct a financial
committee meeting, and approve the budget for St. Eligius as well as a requested stipend for an
upcoming A&S class.
Vienna’s report:
 An in‐person Officer’s meeting was held on August 24th at Vienna’s house, the goal of which was
to work on updating the Officer’s Handbook that Catalina has graciously drafted and
maintained. Work is still being done, and it is nearing completion. Thank you all for showing up
and getting this done.  We will be working on updating Custom as well, probably a Winter
project as we have a couple of events coming up.
 BBM/DSH Champion’s Day on Saturday, October 18th is now also Kingdom Thrown Weapons
Champions.
 St. Eligius is now an RP.
 Due to the two upcoming events happening BEFORE our scheduled business meetings, it was
discussed and decided upon to move the October and November baronial business meetings to
Sunday, October 12th, and Sunday, November 9th, at 2 pm (virtual).
 There is an open fire cooking class at Jaji’s on October 5th.
 A couple of Curia’s happened. Just minor updates to EK law/awards.
 I received officer reports from the Exchequer, A&S, the Rapier Marshal, Chatelain, and Social
Media offices. Officers, please remember to get your reports in, especially if you cannot make
the meeting. Thanks!
