Please be prepared to bring your proof of vaccination or proof of negative test within 72 hours of the in person gathering. (A photo of your vax card will be ok)

Please have photo ID as well. Yes, we probably know full well who you are, but we have to see it anyway.

This documentation has to be provided upon arrival at the gathering. It can not be sent early (like by email) and you can’t go in to drop off your gear then come back to gate. It has to be done first.

If you have an phone app to show documentation, it can’t be something that requires the gate staff to scan it (like a QR code) and it would be a good idea to have a screenshot of it in case there is limited connectivity at the site.

If you showed the documentation “Just last week”, yes you do need to show it again.

Checkers will have to fill out a form stating that you checked everyone during the time that you were checking for each gathering.

Please be patient with gate staff. They are just doing what they have to do. This stuff is not their choice, if you disagree with it, please take it up with the seneschal (preferably kingdom or society since there’s nothing that I can do about it either)
