Join the Barony of Dragonship Haven on this marvelous day celebrating the investiture of our new Baron & Baroness. Times have changed and so must our leaders. Help us give a warm welcome to Joseph of the Red Gryphon and Bronwyn Rose of Greyling, and enjoy a festive day of pomp, circumstance and food! We must also say thank you to our outgoing Baron, Master Baron Adhemar de Villarquemada, for his wonderful years of service.

All Barony members are invited to show off their finest works at our Baronial A&S display. We wish to see both current and past project, complete or in progress!

Our tentative schedule of events is as follows:

11:30 – First court
12:00 – Dayboard
1:00 – Dancing taught by Her Majesty Thyra Eiriksdottir, Gaming, A&S display, Story tellers
2:00 – Chatelaine meeting
3:00 – Storytelling resumes, Keepers of Athena’s Thimble meeting
4:30 – Evening court
6:30 – Feast

The day’s events will include a dayboard,  included in the event fees, as well as a sumptuous feast created by our skilled Baronial cooks, $12 per person.

On January 24, XLIX, at the Marketplace at Birka, Ulfgeirr Ragnarsson, a member of Dragonship Haven, was inducted into the Order of the Tygers Combatant. His scroll was created by Vettorio Antonello.

The Order of the Tygers Combatant, according to East Kingdom law IX.B.4, is “given to gentles in the East Kingdom who have distinguished themselves by prowess at arms, whether by attaining a standard of excellence such as makes them noteworthy in the eyes of the Kingdom or by attempting more than one weapons form and, while not attaining mastery in any one, surpassing competence in several.”
